Living Legacy Racial Justice Pilgrimage with Coming to the Table
October 21 – 28, 2017
Join us as we explore the concept of a United States that acknowledges and works to heal the wounds of racism rooted in our history of slavery. Together, we will visit landmarks in the history of slavery, reconstruction, Jim Crow and civil rights in Alabama and Mississippi.
Along the way, we’ll learn about and meet some of the people who changed history through their courage. Learn the true legacy of slavery from Reconstruction through the Civil Rights Movement and up to today, as well as the courage of racial justice warriors of all colors who fought for freedom and justice for all Americans. Sponsored by the Living Legacy Project, in partnership with Coming to the Table, this spiritual journey invites you to become a pilgrim as we engage in deep conversation about the legacy of slavery and the power of the Racial Justice Movement in today's racially unhealed world. |

The value of this Living Legacy Pilgrimage is priceless. The cost of the trip is an opportunity for individuals to take a concrete action toward healing the wounds of enslavement.
We encourage participants who are privileged by means of their color to contribute full or partial payment to our CTTT-IRA account (Learn more about an Individual Reparations Account). This amount will allow a second person whose life has been impacted by color discrimination or by the legacy of enslavement to fully participate in the pilgrimage. All of us will be richer for these reparations.

Rate Adjustments
We make every effort to keep our rates as low as possible, while offering a comfortable journey for our participants. We make hotel and other reservations early to assure the best possible rates. However, we are dependent on hotel, gasoline, and other fluctuations outside of our control. If those prices increase substantially, we must adjust our rates to take those changes into account.
